Production welding of 1,300 mild steel mounting posts over a 3-week contract. Tight dimensional tolerances maintained throughout. Zero rework on final inspection.
Custom FabricationBattery Testing Facility
Full fabrication from engineers drawings of testing enclosures. Built to specification, fit and squared to within a 1/32"
Repair & MaintenanceEarth Work Equipment
Emergency repair of a cracked rock guard, bucket engagement and bucket on a 966 loader. The cracks in the bucket were gouged out, ground clean and multi passed. Then an AR500 reinforcement plate was welded in place. Multiple ware plates were applied to improve longevity.
Custom FabricationJerky Processing Plant
Fabrication of stainless steel process pipe fittings, oven repair, and removable loading ramps. All welds were passivated to meet food grade industry standards.
